- Bottle Gourd – 1/2 kg grated
- Potato – 3 pcs grated
- Bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- Black pepper
Baked Bottle-Gourd + Potato
- Pre heat oven at 180° celcius for 10 minutes
- Soak grated bottle gourd and potato well.
- Add grated bottle gourd and potato along with pepper, salt and masala.
- Make balls of the mixture of size similar to your fist or flattened tikki.
- Add the balls one by one in whisked eggs and simultaneously cover them with the bread crumbs.
- Keep theses balls/tikki for 20 minutes in oven.
- Serve it with tomato sauce or cheese dip.
Baked egg Cake
- Mix the remaining bread crumbs with remaining eggs and whisk them well.
- Add salt, pepper and cheese.
- Bake the egg in a bowl for 15 minutes.
- Serve them along with mint chutney.
