Pasta has been widely accepted as high calorie and carbs rich diet among endurance athletes and contents our taste buds with a glass of beer. Pasta needs preparation before hand but still can be prepared well within 1 hour.


  • Capsicum – 1/2 chopped
  • Corns – 1/2 bowl
  • Mushroom – 4 pcs chopped
  • Milk – 1.5 glass
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Oregano – 2-3 tbsp
  • Olive Oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Maida – 2tbsp
  • Salt
  • Red pepper/ chilli flakes 1 tbsp

Boil Pasta

  • Boil pasta with a pinch of salt and oil so that it doesn’t stick well.
  • Keep it aside.

Veggie Mix

  • Add olive oil in a pan and saute the capsicum, corns, mushroom with a pinch of salt and oregano.
  • Keep it aside.

White Sauce

  • Heat the butter in a pan and add 2 tbsp of Maida till there are no lumps present.
  • Now add 1.5 glass of milk gradually, along with it also add 2 tbsp of oregano and chilly flakes and bring to boil until thick gravy is prepared


  • Add the veggie mix in white sauce and stir well.
  • Now add your favorite pasta and heat it for 4-5 minutes.
  • Served the pasta with grated cheese.
